Delivery

When will I receive my order?

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days after placement. Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship all domestic orders via postal service and FedEx.

International Shipping

We currently ship all international orders via DHL.

Standard delivery time for international orders is 4-21 business days.

Please note that delivery times for international orders have been extended and may vary significantly due to customs procedures.

Preppy Prodigy is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred during international shipping.

How can I check my order status?

Please email our customer service team at bqjku1585@outlook.com. They will be happy to keep you informed of the order status if you have any questions or concerns.

What is our return policy?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the returned goods, the cost will be charged to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs (non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or sold items cannot be returned. This does not apply to personalized orders. Personalized orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

Do personalized orders qualify for returns?

Our custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned, but if there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team at bqjku1585@outlook.com. They will be happy to assist you.

When can I expect a refund if I return an item?

Once we receive the returned item, the cost (excluding shipping) will be charged to the original payment method within approximately 1-3 business days.

Please note that credits may take up to 10 to 14 days to appear on your statement.
